NHMF Frameworx is a not-for-profit framework provider created to support housing providers, local authorities and the wider public sector in procuring high-quality repairs, maintenance, compliance and asset management services. Built around the needs of the sector, NHMF Frameworx provides simple, compliant and cost-effective procurement routes, with access to specialist contractors and consultants across a range of works and services. Our frameworks are uniquely aligned to the M3NHF Schedule of Rates and NHF Form of Contract, helping clients achieve consistency, transparency and efficiency in both procurement and contract delivery. Our service is delivered by experienced, CIPS-qualified procurement professionals who support clients from early scoping and procurement strategy through to tender documentation, evaluation, moderation and call-off contract drafting. With a maximum levy of 1.5%, NHMF Frameworx is designed to offer strong value for money while reinvesting surplus back into the sector and supporting meaningful social value outcomes. We work collaboratively with our members, clients and supply chain partners to help deliver safe, sustainable and well-maintained homes, while supporting communities and improving outcomes for residents.
